Functions of the geologist of testing (development):
The chief geologist of well testing, in the course of activity realization, carries out successor activities:

  1. Participates by transfer of a Well from drilling into testing;
  2. Checks the availability of
    • Passports on the equipment used at testing of Wells (a casing head, a gas separator, Blow Out Preventer).
    • Availability of test pressure acts of an casing head and the field equipment, designed and actual schemes of manifold of a head.
  3. Checks availability of the engineering documentation and serviceability of devices (Instrumentation), the equipment and the adaptations necessary in the course of testing of a Well.
  4. Performs the control of riging up wellhead equipment, lubricator, a research well site, dump lines, a gas trap and a Mud Tanks according to the confirmed scheme.
  5. Guides and supervises work of the operator on Well testing
  6. Constitutes and submits work requests of exploration group, leads the control of their accomplishment both performs collection and interprets the data received in the course of downhole logging.
  7. Participates in drawing up and supervises accomplishment of work plans on testing of objects, intensifications of inflow, liquidation gidrato – and paraffin formations

    • fixing and test pressures of cement plugs
  9. Conducts flow and gas tests of a well (methods of the stable selections and pressure build up)
    Geting out of the research technique depends on object type (oil blowing, oil nonblowing, gas, condensate, hydro-geological).
  10. Leads the current geological documentation, carries out necessary calculations and handling of results; hands over the reporting documentation with all required appendices after the well testing.
  11. Leads fluid sampling on research
  12. Gives daily data on Well testing to the Customer.

Accounts. The list of the documentation and the materials which are subject to registration and delivery by the well testing geologist to the Customer of works:

  1. Geological register
  2. Statements on testing of objects in a well, containing the following information:
    • the basic geo-technological data on a well and object of testing
    • description of sequence of testing of the object
    • the summary table of results of testing of object
    • the time balance sheet of testing of object
    • the catalog of samples
    • statements of perforation, Production enhancement, well killing, isolation of the object
    • Level and pressure build up curve schedules
    • data of the subsurface Gage pressure
    • the conclusion about object testing
  3. Samples of a fluid from the tested objects.
    As a result, after testing of objects, trustworthy information about mining possibilities of a Well, filtr-capacitor parameters and hydrodynamic characteristics of productive layers, physical properties and a componental composition of goods is given to the Customer.

The Supervisory support of geology exploration works and development ore and nonmetallic mineral deposits

The company renders services of qualified supervising prospecting works and development of ore mineral deposits (gold, silver, platinum) and nonmetallic minerals (diamonds).   • the control of sampling (oservance of intervals, approbation techniques, registers of the first and the second turn)
  • the control of sending of tests on the base
  • the control for a timely graphical lineing up of the new data;
  • the timely report of emergency situations to the Customer, services of the Ministry of Emergency Measures, or making own decision on a place in case of absence of communication;
  • drawing up the statements of the accidents, infringements of the drilling crews, a small exit of cuttings, a core and so on;
  • drawing up and agreement of the next days, week, month work plan.
