Controlling and supervising
Functions and obligations of the supervisor on a Well (Wells on the pad):
- Daily report containing basic and trustworthy information about the Well Construction (via a Web interface + telecommunication with the Customer);
- Information given in the case or deviations from a normal course of Well Construction;
- Weekly status report of industrial and work safety, environment on objects;
- Twenty-four-hours and monthly balance-sheets of productive and non-productive time of Well Construction;
- Summary report on a Well (after the completion of Well Construction);
- Control of accomplishment of confirmed designing estimates by Contractors and Subcontractors, contracts (agreements) on accomplishment of works on construction and repair of Wells, regulations and technological standards of Customers;
- Keeping within the bounds of the established competence, they control the observance of technology of works, industrial safety, labor protection, environment, requirements of Federal acts and branch regulatory legal acts by contract organizations;
- Twenty-four-hour control of quality of works, accomplishment of all responsible operations on Well Construction in strict compliance with the confirmed plans, production schedules and conditions of contracts;
- Control of actual machine utilization and an expenditure of materials;
- Realization of initial acceptance of works and the statement of acts on write-off of expendable materials of the Customer and the Contractor, the amounts of works which have been not provided by the according to plan-budget documentation;
- Interruption of the work on object, if the breach of blowing safety revealed, or any signs of that performed works lead to complication of a hole, accident or environmental contamination shows up;
- Control of the execution of the remarks and directions on observance of requirements of industrial safety, labor protection and environment;

The Supervisory management of the Well Construction
This is the supervising service of more higher level – includes all functions of supervising control (technological supervision), but besides that, contractor directly manages the engineering procedure, coordinates work of contractors on the Well construction, estimates quality and the volume, services rendered by contractors. The circle of the rights and obligations of the contractor in sphere of accepting of technical and technological decisions is expanded. The contractor bears a share of responsibility for unproductive time and idle times of drilling crew, expense of the Material resources in the course of accomplishment of works. Highly skilled and experienced specialists manage the process. For guaranteeing of continuousness and the constant control of a Well construction course, management provides availability of two supervisors on a Well (bush) working in shifts.
In addition to functions of supervising control, Well construction management provides following obligations of the supervisor:
- Efficient and flexible leadership of Well construction process, coordination of actions of contractors and subcontractors;
- Working out and check-up of work plans of the Drilling Contractor on a Well construction (project activities, emergency repairs), adjustment, correction, coordination with the Customer;
- Participation in geotechnical meetings, submitting of offers to change the design data, recommendations about well construction costs optimization;
- Personal management, coordination and the control of technological operations on a Well;
- Carrying out of selective telephony conference during time established by the Customer, giving oders and tasks;
- Accepting of operative decisions on a place of works in cases of possible origin of technological, geological complications and the accidents demanding the immediate permission;
- Participation in rescue works for localization in dangerous production objects when due hereunder
- Coordination with the Customer of all brought changes in production schedules and work plans of the Contractor;
- Participation in forming of requests and the organization of provision of object, interaction with service of provision of the Contractor concerning supply;
- Aspiration to accomplishment of Well construction in the fixed terms, according to the approved budget;
- Analysis of an actual state of the Well, used technology of construction, forecasting of possible positive (negative) consequences;
- Detailed analysis of working hours balance sheets, assessing of efficiency of production, recommendations about increase and optimization of use of a time resource at Well construction
- Analysis and an assessment of works both contract and subcontract organizations and offering on enhancement of standards of production of works, contracts, and also improvement of the organization of works.

Our company is ready to offer services in the qualified geological support of Well construction. In staff there are specialists-geologists, with considerable experience of works in drilling, testing, development of oil and gas wells in East, Western Siberia and Predurale.
Functions of the drilling geologist:
The chief well-drilling geologist, in the course of activity realization, carries out such activities as:
- Selection and the description of cuttings;
- Conducting the file of a Well;
- Accounting, drawing up of a measure of pipes of a drilling shaft and casing strings;
- The control of assemblage BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) at drilling;
- The control, check of passports of devices and readiness of geophysical group for accomplishment of works;
- Primary interpretation of logging data
- Сorrelation of interval of sampling
- Сontrol of cleanliness of the bottom hole before sampling
- Сontrol of assemblage of configuration for sampling
- Selection, description and stacking of sampling
- Registration of a sampling for the further laboratory analysis
- The control of testing process of layers in an open well-bore, calculations of flow production by results of testing
- Control of the permitting documentation at contract organizations (Mud Logging, geophysical research service, service on sampling)
- Сontrol, confirmation of the scheme of an arrangement of sensors of Mud Logging
- Affirmation (signing) of acts of the executed works of contract organizations
- Control of the work of Mud Logging station
- Recommendations about casing shoe installation
- Control of mud parameters
- Control and participation in landing depth and fixture of Casing Well
- Control of testing for tightness of BOP, Casing Well, a cement stone under the casing shoe
- Construction of a summary geological cut of a well with a binding to Mud Logging data.
